WFC Fall Picnic Slideshow

What a beauty of a day for a picnic. All the postponing due to rain certainly paid off. We had a great attendance,
45-50 pilots and their friends and family. It was nice to see our neighbor across the road, the Susens, come and
enjoy as well. Dickie and Eddie had the field and surrounding area in immaculate condition, as usual. They make
our field and club the best in the area. The morning began with hot coffee, donuts and bagels and then the grill
fired up in the afternoon with hotdogs and burgers. Thanks to all of you who were so generous to bring a hot pot
of corn on the cob, home grown watermelon, side dish salads, snacks and tons of desserts. What a feast we had!
A big thank you to all that helped out with set up, take down and any other thing that needed assistance.
A special thanks to Bruce, Terri, Pete and Donna who helped prep and manned the grill with lots of fun and laughs.
It was a great way to begin the Fall flying season. I hope to see you all getting out there and get some flying
in before the snow flies.
Here is a slideshow from the photos Nancy took throughout the day. Enjoy!
