You do not need to send a copy of your AMA or FAA card along with your dues renewal. A renewal form is attached and will also will be available on the website and in the clubhouse. Dues will not be accepted without a Membership Renewal Form.
Our due date for our membership dues renewal is January 31st. WFC dues must be postmarked by January 31st, 2021. No grace period or exceptions. Anyone sending a check electronically from their bank needs to have the check delivered to me by January 31st. We will not accept a notice that payment was made and a check sent after the deadline. Anyone who does not renew for 2021 will not be allowed to fly as a guest for one year. After that time you can reapply if we are accepting new applications. Reminder to those holding turbine waivers. If you do not renew your WFC membership you will be eligible to rejoin, but you will no longer be allowed to fly turbines.

To renew send the following:
1) Copy of completed WFC Membership Renewal Form
2) Check made out to Wawayanda Flying Club for $50.
3) Self addressed stamped envelope ( so new club card will be mailed to you. If not included you will be responsible to obtain your card, there will be no be cards mailed at the clubs expense).
4) You must have your AMA Membership renewed for 2021.
5) Mail to: Nancy Hagedoorn - 20 Shomokin Rd - Highland Lakes, NJ 07422.
JUNIOR MEMBERS
You must send in a renewal form and self addressed stamped envelope. No payment is required. If we do not receive your renewal by the cutoff date you will not retain your membership.
SENIOR non-flying Membership
To be eligible:
1)Must be age 70 or older.
2)Must have had full membership with the club prior to renewing as a Senior Membership.
3)Membership is subject to Board approval.
4)An AMA and FAA membership is not required since you will be a non-flying member. The cost is $25 per year.
5)Once obtaining a Senior Membership, if you decide you want to become a flying member again, you must wait until the end of the membership year. At that time you may renew as a full member with AMA requirements.

FAA RENEWALS
Many of you will have your FAA certificate expire soon. I have put a link to the FAA on the website forum under News and Announcements-FAA Renewal. viewtopic.php?f=15&t=2822 There are step by step instructions and instructions with screen shots on how to renew. The cost is $5.00 for 3 years. The link will also allow you to check your status and print your certificate at anytime. If anyone has forgotten their password, click log in and click that you forgot your password and follow the prompts. Reminder that if you are just renewing, on the front page go up to the right corner and click log in.
