* New this year. You will not have to send a copy of your AMA card along with your dues renewal. Instead a renewal form will be emailed, available on the website, in the clubhouse, at the club meetings and fall picnic. Dues will not be accepted without a completed Membership Renewal Form.
Remember you do not need to wait to receive your AMA card in the mail. The AMA is late this year mailing them out. Just fill out your renewed renewal date on the WFC Membership Renewal Form. RENEWAL FORM CLICK HERE:

Members,
This is a reminder to renew your AMA and Wawayanda Flying Club Dues. WFC dues must be postmarked by December 31st 2017. No grace period or exceptions. Anyone sending a check electronically from their bank needs to have the check delivered to me by December 31st, 2017. We will not accept a notice that payment was made and a check sent after the deadline. Anyone who does not renew for 2018 will not be allowed to fly or fly as a guest for one year. After that time you can reapply if we are accepting new applications. Reminder to those present turbine members, if you do not renew you will no longer be allowed to fly turbines at our flying field.
To renew send the following:
1) Copy of completed WFC Membership Renewal Form
2) Check made out to Wawayanda Flying Club for $50.
3) Self addressed stamped envelope ( so new club card will be mailed to you. If not included you will be responsible to obtain your card, they will no be cards mailed).
4) Please advise if there are any changes to your address, phone number or email address to keep our roster up to date, as well as email notices.
5) Mail to: Nancy Hagedoorn - 20 Shomokin Rd - Highland Lakes, NJ 07422.
Senior non-flying Membership
To be eligible:
1)Must be age 70 or older.
2)Must have had full membership with the club prior to renewing as a Senior Membership.
3)Membership is subject to Board approval.
4)An AMA membership is not required since you will be a non-flying member. The cost is $25 per year.
5)Once obtaining a Senior Membership, if you decide you want to become a flying member again, you must wait until the end of the membership year. At that time you may renew as a full member with AMA requirements.
- Mail a check for $25 and a self addressed envelope to Nancy Hagedoorn.
