GROUNDS MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE VOLUNTEERS.

This is to thank the members who have stepped up and volunteered when approached by Merritt at the Spring Picnic to spend a few minutes of their
time at the field doing things that need to be done to provide a better flying experience for everyone.
They are:
• Jim Bottomley
• Mark Coviello
• Eddy Dietz
• Bruce Guiamarra
• Cesar Landestoy
• Bruce Leach
• Charlie Lis
• Dave Reinstein
THANK YOU!

All members are encouraged to help, even if you have not yet volunteered. These are all necessary jobs that will take at most only a few minutes. Most can be done while you are waiting to fly.
The more people whom help, the smaller & easier each job becomes. We are not asking anyone to make special trips to the field to do these jobs. If you are there and see things that need or could
be done take a few minutes and help out. Eddie does a fantastic job cutting the grass for us each and every week and sometimes more. Dickie and Eddie are always looking for our best interest and
how we can better our flying experience. It shouldn’t be too much to ask that members can do their fair share as well.

Some of the activities are:
• Tick control as necessary.
• Mow and weed-whack around the clubhouse and parking area.
Mow ditch crossover across the field.
• Check that the porta-potty has been maintained weekly and toilet paper is available. If not cleaned by the supplier, call the President.
• Sweep the clubhouse floor as needed and clean the windows.
• Any maintenance that may occur.
• Help with picnic setup and take downs
• When supplies are needed, contact the President or Treasurer for permission to purchase (budget). You will be reimbursed by check when you provide a receipt to the Treasurer.
Thank You,
The Management
