In moving forward in 2023, a few of us have been discussing ways in which we can get together as a group for a fun filled picnic. Due to the loss of members and rising food costs the club is in no position to pay for the PICNIC.
Therefore we would like to try something different. A donation picnic. This type of get together has worked for other clubs , so please try and keep an open mind. All items will be on a DONATION BASIS. A list of items that will help this be a success can be found on the WEBSITE and EMAIL , along with a list of who will be attending and if you are bringing any-
one. We need the attendee list , so we can determine how much food we will need. We will also need volunteers to set up
and clean up.
In closing we would like to have the Picnic on May 20th , with a rain date of May 21st.
