At our Spring picnic many members expressed an interest in having a Fall picnic.
Since the Spring one was such a success, let’s try the same thing this Fall. That
would mean all supplies and food would be on a volunteer basis. We do have some
items left over. They are as follows
Napkins
Plates
Spoons/Knives
Red Solo Cups
Large foil trays
One Large Pack of Hotdogs
One 5 Pack of Beer Brats
One 6 Pack of Sweet/Hot Sausage
One 6 Pack of Hot Italian Sausage
Things we could use are as follows

Like the Spring Picnic, please send me the item you want to donate and I will add it to the list.
We will need a head c ount so please let us know how many
guests you will be bringing, so we know how much food we will need.
THE DATE WE ARE PLANNING ON WILL BE SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 30th
WITH A RAIN DATE OF OCTOBER 1st
PLEASE sign up no later than September 15th
PS As always please bring your own beverages

We move the picnic to Sunday 1 October due to rain!!!!!

I'm in. I missed the last one because I had to fly out of state for business on that Sunday, but I hope to make this one.

Let me know what you want me to pick and I'll either drop them off in advance or can get the funds to you via John.

I'll be there. I'm bringing 3 cans of baked beans.

I can bring some hot dogs and buns, macaroni salad, donuts.

Ernie told me there's enough hot dogs so I won't bring any of those, I'll bring bagels, butter, cream cheese. Donuts, will try to get coffee machine or percolator with Ernie, we have to find out about the coffee yet.

Looking forward to attending, I can bring deserts or anything specific. I may go alone but if anyone comes no more than two guests, the lady and a friend. Thanks for putting this together!
