Effective immediately!
All turbines will be started, run-up and any testing will be done in our new turbine start-up area. The start-up area is a 4' x 4' aluminum diamond plate with attached blast deflector located near our entry road. There will be no unnecessary taxiing of turbines on the runway.

This decision and implementation of the turbine start-up area was requested by the property owners. There will be no warnings given. Anyone disregarding will immediately and indefinitely have their turbine privileges revoked.
