Spring picnic

Since the last spring picnic was so successful let’s try it again. Which means all food and supplies are on a voluntary basis, so sign up for the item you want to bring. The date will be 29 June with a rain date of 30 June.
Here are a list of the items we need.

Everyone that’s coming to the picnic, please sign up with the total number of people in your party, so we know how much food to get. Remember to bring your own drinks. We need the final count attending by the 22 of June.
About the dates for the picnic, John & I will decide on 27Jun Thursday at 7 pm which day will be the best day depending on the weather for the picnic. We will cancel altogether if both Saturday & Sunday are no good due to the weather.

Hello and thanks for the bringing this up, last year's picnic was awesome. I'll bring the following and drop them off at the clubhouse a day or two in advance and also throw in some funds for some of the other items. I don't commit myself to any of the perishables because my schedule is hectic and I don't want to fall short of the task of having them there early on the day of the picnic.

Ketchup mustard relish
Cheese pickles
Chips pretzels popcorn etc...
Paper plate napkins
Plastic knives forks spoons
Foil pan for hot dogs and hamburgers

Let me know if the June 29th/30th dates are definitely set for so I can plan accordingly.

I will have a total of 4 or 5 attending the club picnic. I will purchase all of the hamburgers and hot dogs for the picnic and I will reach out to you to see if there is anything else you may also need for the picnic.
